Early Morning in Ballard

Today I woke up screaming at 4:30AM. After futile coaxing by Daddy to try to get me back to sleep, he saddled us up for an early AM walk through Ballard. He keeps muttering somthing about throwing something out of a moving car... Hmmmm, I wonder what he's talking about.
